The Role

Head of Finance

Report to CFO

Co Westmeath

The Head of Finance will be primarily responsible for managing and driving our Group Finance teams to deliver on time and accurate weekly, monthly and annual reporting.

 

• Lead and manage all financial reporting – weekly, monthly and annual.
• Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful commentary to a tight timeline.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting requirements.
• Develop high performing, lean HQ team to deliver support services to site teams i.e. transfer
pricing.
• Oversee banking, insurance and foreign currency exposures.
• Manage year-end processes, audits and financial statements for all entities

The Person

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with substantial post qualification
experience in financial control.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong systems experience and understanding.
• Experience in manufacturing a benefit.
