Finance Manager (Fixed-Term Contract – 12 Months)
Location: Dublin (Hybrid Working Available)
An experienced Finance Manager is required to support the Finance Director and lead the day-to-day operations of a busy finance function.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave and offers an opportunity to play a key role within the leadership team while driving financial control, reporting excellence, and process improvement.
- Lead, manage, coach, and develop a finance team of six.
- Oversee monthly management accounts preparation and reporting to tight deadlines.
- Review and approve reconciliations, journals, and financial controls.
- Prepare management accounts, variance analysis, and financial insights for senior leadership.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, debtor oversight, creditor payments, and banking activities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Coordinate year-end audit activities and assist with statutory financial reporting.
- Provide financial analysis, modelling, and reporting to support business decision-making.
- Drive finance process improvements, automation initiatives, and systems enhancements.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure effective financial management and operational support.
The Person
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification.
- 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.
- Proven experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Strong management accounting, financial reporting, and audit experience.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and strong accounting systems experience.
- Commercially focused with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and change.
