The Role


  • Full responsibility for the accounting operations of the company.
  • Full responsibility for cash flow management
  • Full responsibility for All banking transactions
  • Full responsibility for All Revenue returns: VAT, VIES, RCT and PAYE
  • Full responsibility for Debtor & Creditor Management
  • Full responsibility for Management Subcontractor payments & oversee RCT contract management.
  • Oversee bookkeeping.
  • Oversee Creditor reconciliation
  • Oversee Payroll
  • Financial reporting to Management/Directors
  • Yearly accounts reconciliation
  • HR
  • Project cost analysis
  • General office management
  • Review all emails in and out of company.

The Person

  • Ideally from a Construction, Property, Engineering Background
  • Experience with RCT
  • Highly Computer Literate with experience in a range of accounts packages
  • Qualified, Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience candidates considered provided they have the correct background and experience.
  • Experience managing an accounts function or office desirable

The Package

Salary €40,000 - 60,000 DOE
