The Financial Controller is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the finance function and supporting the strategic direction of the organisation.
The role involves ensuring strong financial governance, delivering accurate reporting, supporting operational performance, and contributing to key business decisions. The Financial Controller will work closely with senior leadership and manage the day-to-day activities of the finance team.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the finance function, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Monitor cash flow and maintain appropriate financial controls.

Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Provide financial insight and analysis to support business performance and strategic decision-making.

Develop and maintain strong internal processes and controls.

Lead, mentor, and develop members of the finance team.
