Salary: €45,000 - €50,000
Office Based Role
My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Payable / Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis.
Candidates will need to have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role within a large organisation.
Strong Payroll and Accounts Payable experience is required for this role.
The client is also open to someone that is looking to work 32 hours over five days
A good working knowledge of Excel is required for this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the supplier accounts
- Processing supplier invoices
- Responsible for all supplier and non-supplier payments
- Responsible for the weekly wages process and payments
- Processing and paying the weekly expenses
- Reconciling all supplier statements
- Manage petty cash
- Preparing year end accruals list of outstanding supplier invoices
- Assistance with annual audit
The Person
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years in an Accounts Payable role
- Payroll experience essential (Sage an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Mature, reliable & hard-working
- Pro-active, attention to detail & good organisational skills
