The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Receptionist / Administrator role in Naas, Co. Kildare

Permanent full time role

Fully office based

9am - 5pm , 4pm Friday finish

Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive front-of-house reception services, acting as the first point of contact for guests and clients.
  • Handle incoming calls efficiently, including screening, forwarding, and announcing calls in a professional manner.
  • Welcome visitors at reception by greeting, directing, and notifying relevant personnel, ensuring a positive and professional impression.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage all related requirements.
  • Oversee the Access Control System.
  • Arrange post, courier services, taxis, and other logistical needs.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of events, programmes, and meetings.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area at all times.
  • Create purchase orders as per site requirements & send to suppliers
  • Request delivery dockets from site and match to purchase orders
  • Manage stationery orders and printer stock to support office need

Fleet management including:

  • booking services / DOE
  • liaison with insurance company re insurance claims
  • Book accommodation / travel for employees working away from base
  • Participate in internal ISO meetings
  • Assist with training compliance including:
  • Book training courses for employees
  • Carry out additional administrative duties as assigned.

The Person

Main requirements:

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house or reception role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general IT systems.
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively.
