Head of Finance

Based in Co Westmeath

Will need someone with manufacturing experience and very strong team management skills.

Working to a min 4-day in office practice, so candidates will need to be within commutable distance from the office.

Would suit a step up for someone who is keen to get stuck into next challenge.

Lead and manage all financial reporting – weekly, monthly and annual.
• Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful commentary to a tight timeline.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting requirements.
• Develop high performing, lean HQ team to deliver support services to site teams i.e. transfer
pricing.
• Oversee banking, insurance and foreign currency exposures.
• Manage year-end processes, audits and financial statements for all entities.

The Person

A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with substantial post qualification
experience in financial control.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong systems experience and understanding.
• Experience in manufacturing a benefit.
