Temporary Receptionist (Sick Leave Cover) – Sallins
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide cover during a period of sick leave for our client in their Sallins office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and providing a warm, professional first impression
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing emails and general enquiries
- Handling incoming/outgoing post
- Supporting administrative tasks as required
The Person
Requirements:
- Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Friendly, approachable, and dependable
The Package
Contract Details:
- Location: Sallins
- Pay Rate €17 - €18 per hour
- Duration: Temporary (sick leave cover)
- Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
