Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Technical Sales Administrator in Dublin 22.
Permanent, full time role
Fully office based
€40,000 - DOE, will be flexible for the right candidate.
Main duties:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to both the sales and maintenance teams.

Generate new sales enquiries and promote product offerings nationwide across the existing and prospective client base.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding and fulfilling their requirements.

Negotiate tender submissions and contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.

Prepare accurate client quotations and manage customer accounts.

Deliver pre-sales technical support and guidance.
-
Provide after-sales service support and technical backup when required.

Compile reports for the Maintenance Manager and maintain up-to-date customer records.

Achieve agreed sales targets and coordinate sales-related projects.

Collaborate closely with colleagues and technical specialists across the business.

Hold a full, clean driving licence, as travel to client sites may be required.
The Person
-
Previous experience within an Engineering or Construction environment is desirable.

Strong organisational and administrative abilities, with the capacity to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated customer-focused approach, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
