Temporary Office Administrator (Administration & Recruitment Support)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Temporary Office Administrator to join our client's team. This is a varied and hands-on role, combining general office administration with recruitment administration support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office operations while supporting recruitment and compliance processes across the organisation.

This is a fully office-based position, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & General Administration

  • Manage and administer the company fleet of approximately 35 leased vehicles, including:
  • Liaising with the leasing company
  • Scheduling and tracking vehicle servicing
  • Arranging replacement or rental vehicles in the event of breakdowns or accidents
  • Managing accident reports and related documentation
  • Process and track purchase order requests for 14 residential homes (including heating oil orders)
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor arrangements, and meet-and-greet requirements
  • Organise and support in-house training sessions
  • Manage stationery ordering and stock monitoring
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider office as required

Recruitment Administration

  • Manage and maintain the in-house recruitment platform
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support Garda Vetting, compliance checks, and recruitment documentation
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to compliance requirements

The Person

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (recruitment admin experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with internal systems and platforms
  • Ability to work independently while also supporting a wider team
