The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time HR Advisor role in Dundalk, Co. Louth.
Salary €45,000 - €50,000 based on experience
Fully office based
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & HR Support
• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Assist with employee relations issues including performance management, grievances, disciplinary processes, and absence management.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, interviews, and selection processes.
• Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Compliance & HR Administration
• Ensure HR practices comply with Irish employment legislation and company standards.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with contract preparation, updates, and HR reporting.
Training & Development
• Support training initiatives and staff development programmes.
• Assist with performance review processes and employee engagement activities.
The Person
• Previous experience in a HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
