Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Production of monthly management accounts for all departments, contributing to
informed decision-making processes.
Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
Develop opportunities for improvements in efficiency and internal controls throughout the
business.
Actively manage controls to maintain accurate financial records.
Maintaining fixed asset register, posting depreciation, additions & disposals.
Margin and profitability analysis for each department.
Assign tasks to the office team to ensure all accounts, payroll and administration activities
are efficiently and accurately completed whilst meeting the set deadlines.
Coach, support and mentor the office team in the application of accounting principles,
check tasks assigned for accuracy and provide feedback.
Reporting to Management & working with the Company’s external Auditors.
Support budgeting & forecasting activities.

The Person
Person Specification
Qualified Accountant, ACCA/ACA or CIMA
Proven experience as a Finance Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong MS Excel experience
