Temporary Customer Service & Administration Assistant
Location - Newbridge
Duration - 3-6 months
Our client is looking for a friendly, organised Temporary Customer Service & Administration Assistant to support their customer product development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise incoming product samples.
- Take, upload, rename, and file product images.
- Update product information across internal systems and databases.
- Ensure all product images and files are received, correctly named, and uploaded to the Digital Asset Management.
- Prepare samples and stock for photography sessions.
- Assist during photoshoots with product preparation, organisation, and repacking.
- Provide general administrative and customer service support as required.
- Carry out ad hoc duties to support the wider team.

- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
