The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Administration Lead in Dublin 22.
This is a permanent, full time position.
The role is fully office based.
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Salary DOE
Main duties:
- Coordinating responses to customer queries and inquiries
- Reviewing and verifying all incoming Sales Orders and deals
- Managing responses to stock and vehicle distribution queries for direct dealer communication
- Supervising the administrative team
- Handling monthly invoicing and conducting sales analysis
- Regularly communicating with Aftersales departments and Finance for process efficiency
- Contributing to stocktakes, manufacturer audits, internal audits, and health and safety audits
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure task completion and smooth departmental operation
The Person
• Proven success working in a fast-paced customer service / sales administration role for at least 2 years
• Superb written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and customers
• Experience of people and workload management will be significant benefit
• Proficiency with office applications and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
• Knowledge of CRM systems - Kerridge / Keyloop would be an advantage
• Highly organised - ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
• Enjoys a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and can work to deadlines
• Knowledge and experience of working in the motor trade will be of benefit
