The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator.

Permanent, full time role.

€35,000 - €40,000 DOE.

Hybrid working options available after training is completed. 

 

Main duties: 

  • Business administrative support
  • CRM and database management
  • Overseeing general office admin function
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Organise procurement of office and cleaning supplies and services
  • Liaising with outside service providers including IT, building maintenance etc.

The Person

  • Minimum 5 years senior office administrator or business support experience who has supported a small team environment
  • Competent with MS Office package, specifically SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Dynamic individual with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed organisational and multi-tasking skills with ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated to contribute to the overall success of the organisation
  • Previous experience of Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects and Zoho Analytics would be a distinct advantage
