The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, fully office based Senior Administrator in Co. Meath.
This is a fully office based position.
Main responsibilities:
Document Management:
• Maintain and update quality documentation.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Implement efficient document control procedures and maintain version control for all documents.
Administrative Support:
• Assist senior management and various departments with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Conduct research, compile data, and generate reports as required.
• Develop and maintain quality forms and templates to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
• Update forms as necessary to reflect process improvements or changes in regulations.
The Person
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an administrator or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Package, including formatting, styles, and document layout.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation control processes is preferred.
• Experience or knowledge of marketing principles and practices is an advantage.
