The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Sales Representative in Lusk.
This is a 1 year fixed term contract.
This is a field based role, with approx 4 days on the road and 1 day in the office.
Basic salary up to €42,000. There is also an opportunity to earn up to 25% bonus.
Main duties:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Stay updated on competitors, new products, and rates.
- Meet sales targets through effective time utilization.Possess excellent product knowledge and understand customer needs.
- Create efficient journey plans for optimal region coverage.
- Keep management informed through regular reports (daily calls, weekly plans, monthly and annual analyses).
- Work with the sales team to ensure top-notch customer service
- Handle customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Actively manage accounts, minimizing late payments and bad debts.
- Participate in the Performance Management process to achieve personal and team objectives.
- Collaborate with team members and departments for smooth account setup, billing, and equipment delivery.
- Adhere to company health and safety measures.
The Person
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Service, Logistics, or Construction.
- NFQ 6 or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Good organizational skills with experience in building and maintaining relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Flexibility to work in various business sections.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Previous experience in the waste industry is a plus.
