Administrator (Part-Time initially and Full-Time from August)
Location – Clondalkin, D22
Hours of work – 8am – 5pm
Maternity Leave contract - 9/10 Months
Our client is seeking a Booking Administrator to manage bookings and customer interactions for their CVRT test centre. A unique role as this role will initially be part-time, with the opportunity to move to full-time from August.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
- Managing the CVRT booking calendar
- Welcoming customers and contacting existing customers to fill available test slots.
- The role also involves taking payments, handling phone enquiries, and coordinating information between departments.
- Creating job cards and quotations for the maintenance and body repair workshops,
- Gathering accurate vehicle information from customers and ensuring estimates are processed within our 24-hour turnaround commitment.
The Person
Skills & Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar
- Strong organisation, clear communication, and a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience are essential.
- The role also requires accurate handling of payments and maintaining reliable records for internal processes and audits.
- Excellent attention to detail
Must be available to work 3 days initially with a view to moving into a full time role from August.
