Office Administrator (Hybrid)
Location: County Kildare (Hybrid: 3 days remote / 2 days onsite)
Job Type: Full-time, Fixed-term (6 months)
Salary: €19.00 per hour
Hours: 32.5 – 37.5 hours per week
Our client, located just outside of Kildare Town is looking to hire an Office Administrator on a 6 month contract ASAP. As an Office Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the business—managing bookings, engaging with customers, and ensuring every interaction is smooth and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Manage booking systems, payments, and invoicing
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and databases
- Assist with website updates and social media content
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Support HR administration, including candidate screening
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
The Person
Skills & Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 3-4 years previous experience
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service, administration, or sales (preferred)
- Comfortable using email, Excel, CRM systems, and social media
- Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented
The Package
€19 per hour
37.5 hours per week
Hybrid - 3 days remote / 2 days from office but needs to be flexible
