Responsibilities
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning process, including
budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling on a monthly, quarterly, and annual
basis.
• Provide insightful analysis to support decision-making and optimise resource
allocation. You will be supported in this by the CFO and other members of the
finance team.
• Has the ability to clearly presents financial reports to executives, board members,
investors, and other stakeholders.
• Project Management of Value Creation Initiatives: Manage potentially longer-term
projects that will deliver improvements to the company’s performance, optimise net
working capital cycles, pricing strategies, margin strategies or valuation.
• Collaborates with the executives and directors to create budgets and track key
performance indicators.
• Meets deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Knows and adheres to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Ensures the accuracy of the costings used for pricing.
• Can describe and discuss the financial processes within the ERP and to recommend
changes as required.
• Working closely with the Factory manager and supervisors as required
• Work across the different business units to acquire knowledge on systems and
processes changes and improvements.
• Compliance with the code of conduct and the any confidentiality rules.
• Any other tasks as requested by the CFO, that might arise in the course of the
