My client is seeking to appoint a Junior Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis.
Candidates will need to have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience of working with an Estate Agent or Auctioneer would be a distinct advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic bookkeeping
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Updating records and databases
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
The Person
Key Skills:
- Previous experience with Sage software
- Proven experience as an account’s administrator or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
