Are you an experienced HR professional with a sharp eye for compliance and detail?
Our client is seeking an HR Consultant to lead a comprehensive review of their HR policies, contracts, employee records, and compliance processes. You'll play a key role in preparing the business for a smooth transition of HR services to an outsourced HR Company, acting as the primary liaison throughout the handover process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation
- Review employment contracts and identify compliance gaps
- Ensure HR records meet employment law and GDPR requirements
- Update and standardise contracts, letters, and personnel files
- Develop action plans to address compliance risks
- Coordinate with Peninsula to ensure a seamless transition

The Person
What We're Looking For:
- Strong HR compliance and employment law knowledge
- Experience reviewing documentation and contracts across all departments
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a project-based assignment
This is short term contract. Hours can be full or Part time, depending on the suitable applicant. Lovely role for someone who is immediate and open to contract work
