Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time EHS Manager in Co. Cavan.

Some travel at European level will be part of this role
Salary €60,000 - €85,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) across the organisation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, including ISO and HAS requirements.
- Deliver training, toolbox talks, and safety initiatives that promote engagement and awareness across all levels of the business.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership on all health and safety matters.
- Foster a culture of safety, wellbeing, responsibility, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
The Person
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent qualification) with a strong understanding of Irish and European health and safety legislation.
- Membership of IOSH, or actively working towards membership.
- Previous experience within a construction, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, practical approach and a genuine commitment to improving workplace safety.
