Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for Content and Social Media Executive in Naas, Co. Kildare

Permanent, full time role

Salary up to €35,000

Main duties:

Main Duties

Produce and edit videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns including product highlights and events
Develop, schedule, and publish social media content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms as required
Ensure all content is engaging, on-brand, and tailored to the audience and platform
Monitor and respond to comments and messages to encourage community engagement
Maintain and manage a shared content calendar for both brands
Plan and deliver content aligned with campaigns, promotions, and key business events
Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to support marketing campaigns
Create content based on briefs, ensuring alignment with campaign goals, key messaging, and calls to action
Track social media performance and identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness
Adapt content strategy based on performance insights and feedback
Provide flexible content support across both brands while maintaining consistency and quality

Strong video creation and editing skills for social media and digital platforms
Experience managing multiple social media channels and adapting content per platform
Ability to plan, organise, and manage a content calendar effectively
Understanding of brand tone, visual identity, and audience engagement strategies
Experience analysing social media performance and using insights to optimise content
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work from marketing briefs
Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
Creative mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach
