The Role

Temporary Customer Service & Administration Assistant

Location - Newbridge

Duration - 3-6 months

Our client is looking for a friendly, organised Temporary Customer Service & Administration Assistant to support their customer product development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise incoming product samples.
  • Take, upload, rename, and file product images.
  • Update product information across internal systems and databases.
  • Ensure all product images and files are received, correctly named, and uploaded to the Digital Asset Management.
  • Prepare samples and stock for photography sessions.
  • Assist during photoshoots with product preparation, organisation, and repacking.
  • Provide general administrative and customer service support as required.
  • Carry out ad hoc duties to support the wider team.

  • Confident using computer systems and databases.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, flexible, and proactive approach.

The Package

€15 - €16 per hour
