Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 (Pro Rata)

My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Bookkeeper on a permanent part time basis
The client is looking for someone to work 20-24 hours per week. The client is flexible on how the hours are worked.
The successful candidate will need to have a strong Bookkeeping background with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience using Sage Line 50 and Coll soft would be a distinct advantage
A good working knowledge of Excel is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
- Invoice and payment processing
- Issuing and processing invoices and credit notes
Accounts Payable
- Invoice processing and payment runs
Financial Reporting & Reconciliations
- P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Cashflow management
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger entries
Payroll
- Payroll preparation and processing
The Person
Key Skills:
- Proven previous experience in a bookkeeping role – Minimum 3 years
- Strong knowledge of payroll, VAT, and Revenue reporting requirements in Ireland
- Experience with Sage 50 accounting software, Coll soft Payroll, and MS Excel desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
