The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Sales Order Manager in Co. Meath.
This is a permanent, full time, fully office based role.
€35,000 - €45,000 DOE
The Role:
• Manage the full customer order lifecycle, including order entry, inventory allocation, fulfilment, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with logistics, production, and warehouse teams to track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, warehouse/logistics, and finance teams to resolve pricing discrepancies, shipping issues, and invoicing queries.
• Act as the main point of contact for the sales team.
• Coordinate the sales processing team.
• Process customer orders received via email and phone.
• Verify the accuracy of orders, despatch notes, and invoices.
• Liaise with the sales team and technicians to obtain any missing information.
• Maintain and update customer and sales records.
• Keep up to date with new products and attend sales meetings as required.
• Monitor and manage stock levels.
• Work closely with the accounts team during month-end processes and carry out checks on sales batches.
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as required.
The Person
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in order management, logistics, or sales administration, including previous supervisory experience.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• A dedicated team player with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines.
