Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Procurement Assistant in Co. Meath.
This is a permanent, full time role
Fully office based
€35,000 - €40,000
Key Responsibilities
- Placing PO’s daily for multiple suppliers and subcontractors
- Sourcing potential suppliers, providing information & requesting quotations
- Setting up new suppliers/subcontractors on system
- Liaising with accounts to solve invoice queries
- Master data entry
The Person
- 2–5 years’ experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working with purchase orders, supplier management, and quotations
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across departments and with external suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using ERP or procurement systems is desirable
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving invoice or supplier queries
