The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Office Administrator in Dublin 22.
This is a permanent, full time role
Fully office based
Salary €32,000 - €35,000 DOE
Main duties:
• Manage office supplies, including ordering, maintenance, and dealing with vendors.
• Assist with diary and calendar management for technicians.
• Provide support for various projects.
• Assist in document and presentation production.
• Perform bookkeeping duties using Sage 50 and excel for creditors.
• Screen and respond to incoming calls, emails, and post as necessary.
• Support the Directors with administrative tasks as required.
• Health and Safety administration for internal documents.
• Handle general ad-hoc and administrative duties.
The Person
- Experience with Sage 50 accounts software
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time keeping.
