The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for an Operations and Contractors Coordinator in North Co. Dublin.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Fully office based
Salary up to €39,000 plus benefits
Main duties:
• Utilising and management of contract scheduling sheet, ensuring accurate numbers, required call offs.
• Liaising with suppliers, shipping and customers, ensuring accurate flow of product and information.
• First point of contact for key accounts appointed by Customer Service Manager.
• Update Master files with relevant information.
• Scheduling of daily transport requirements for yard stock sales.
• Input sales relating to contracts/merchant/cash and internal orders.
• Daily quality check of inputted sales date at end of day and sign off such.
• Input PO requirements and schedule with supplier based on information from customer.
• Generate and prepare Contract sheets for new contracts and submit to Customer Service Manager for approval.
• Support designated sales representative in completion of certain administration tasks in order to allow them to remain focused on sales.
• Scheduling of daily transport requirements for yard stock sales.
• Any other duties deemed necessary by Management.
The Person
• Strong administration & contract management experience
• Excellent attention to detail & data accuracy
• Confident liaising with suppliers, transport & key customers
• Experience scheduling transport / coordinating deliveries
• Strong Excel & systems skills (CRM/ERP desirable)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines
• Sales support / order processing experience
• Strong communication & organisational skills
• Commercial awareness & understanding of POs/contracts
