Telesales and Administration Executive in Blanchardstown
Permanent (Office based)
Hybrid after probation is passed
Must have a full license and the use of a car.
Main duties:
- Our Telesales Executive role is to service and acquire new shops and food outlet sales and welcome them into our business of Culinary and taste whilst working with our field-based Business Development Managers
- Outbound calls to shops across the Island of Ireland
- Build relationships with new and existing partners
- Generating leads and booking appointments for our business development managers
- Working towards targets and KPIs to achieve success
- Upselling Ingredient packages to increase Revenue
- Working with our Business development managers to grow and look after existing accounts
- Bringing high energy to the team and keeping friendly competitiveness alive
The Person
Main requirements:
- Previous tele sales experience is required for this role, minimum one year experience
- Driven self-starters, highly motivated person
- Someone with initiative, who can work as part of a team and individually
- Goal-oriented individuals with a good attitude to get the job done
Qualifications & Experience:
- Leaving Certificate is required, Excellent Computer skills, Excel, Power point, Word, Excellent telephone skills. Attention to detail is key.
- Previous knowledge of a sales database or CRM is desirable.
