The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Telesales and Marketing Executive in Co. Offaly.
This is a permanent, full time role over 4 day week. (8am - 6pm, 1 hr break, 36hr week)
Salary up to €40,000 plus commission bonus.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that align with companies brand identity and business objectives.
• Design captivating visuals, including graphics, logos, banners, and other promotional materials, to enhance the company's brand presence.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and promote our products and services.
• Conduct telesales activities, including making outbound calls, building customer relationships, and generating sales leads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the business remains competitive in the market.
• Take orders over the phone and input details into our system
• Open and close the office when required

The Person
• Proven experience in marketing, brand design, and telesales roles, with a track record of successful campaigns and customer interactions.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages across different platforms.
• Creative thinking and strategic mindset to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
• Results-driven attitude with the ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and data analytics.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Responds in a professional and courteous manner to escalated customer service inquiries, requests or complaints to reach an effective resolution
