The Role

Leinster Appointments is recruiting for a Site Administrator in Navan.

This is a full time role.

The role is fully site based.

8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 3.30pm 

18-month contract role 

Main duties:

• Daily administration of the site office
• General administrative duties as required by the Site Manager , including typing and distribution of meeting minutes and actions arising
• Conduct document control including creating packages, collating documents for the Site Team and assisting sub-contractors with queries
• Using the electronic document management system to control important documents (drawings, drawing register, billing of materials etc.)
• Liaise with Procurement department
• Manage anomalies and cost the hours in the timesheet system in a timely fashion, ensuring they are clear ahead of payroll every week
• Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
• Maintain strong Health & Safety standards
• Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
• Monitoring the design approvals process, ensuring notifications are sent to the relevant parties.
• Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time

 

 

The Person

• Previous Experience in a similar role
• Full Drivers License
• Experience in the construction or a related industry would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong IT skills and ability to translate technical details to a non-technical audience
• Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well within and across teams
