The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Service Advisor in Dublin 12.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Automotive background is required
€38,000 - €40,000
Fully office based
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist all customers bringing their vehicles in for service.

Schedule vehicle service appointments via phone, email, or in person.

Coordinate with the workshop to confirm availability for service, maintenance, and repair work.

Provide ongoing updates to customers on the status of their vehicles while in the workshop.

Discuss and agree on any additional work or costs with customers as necessary.

Oversee the handover of serviced vehicles, clearly explaining the work completed and processing payments.

Work collaboratively with internal teams including management, reception, sales, warranty, and parts.

Assist in collecting and recording customer service feedback.

Represent the business in a professional manner, maintaining high standards of customer care and adhering to industry and company guidelines.
The Person
Skills and Experience Required:

A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role within the motor industry.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in fluent English (written and spoken).

Familiarity with ADP/Kerridge systems is an advantage (training can be provided).

A strong track record of delivering outstanding customer service.

Ability to prioritise tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure, especially during busy periods.

A full, valid driving licence for Ireland.

Must be fully authorised to live and work in Ireland or hold a current visa/work permit.
