The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator in West Dublin.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Immediate start required.
Salary up to €35,000 DOE plus pension.
Hybrid work arrangements available after 3-6months.
Main duties:
- Inputting Customer orders and raising supplier purchase orders.
- Following through on orders to ensure delivery from suppliers is on time
- Liaising with freight companies to ensure dispatch of goods
- Completion of delivery dockets for warehouse dispatch to customer sites
- Liaising with Project Managers and Sales Reps regarding ongoing administration of Sales Contracts
- Prepare invoices, resolve billing discrepancies
- Support and assist the Sales Reps
- Manage incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
- Provide general office support
- Other Adhoc work as required
The Person
Main requirements:
- Previous experience required
- Excellent Communication skills
- Immediate availability highly preferable
