The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Sales Administrator / Customer Service Administrator in West Dublin.
This is a full time, permanent role.
Salary up to €40,000
Main Responsibilities:
• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks related to event planning and execution
• Work closely with the Director of Operations to schedule jobs and coordinate crew rosters
• Handle initial customer enquiries via phone and email (B2C), including introductory calls (e.g. garden size, event dates, basic requirements)
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and follow-ups
• Occasionally attend events to assist the Project Manager on-site as needed
The Person
Main Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced or events-related environment but this is not essential as full training will be given
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable liaising with clients and internal teams
