The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator in Co. Kilkenny.
This is a permanent, fully office based role.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Main duties:
• Take customer orders by phone
• Reconcile completed van schedules and process customer invoices on a daily basis
• Process customer statement run each month
• Process customer direct debits
• Collection of outstanding customer balances and allocate customer payments to accounts
• Ensure all documentation is maintained in accordance with company procedures
• Generate and distribute weekly & monthly sales reports
• Other duties as assigned
