The Role


Based in Kildare (Hybrid) 




  • Responsible for day to day operations of the recruitment department.
  • Provide administrative support to our Function to ensure an employee oriented, high performance culture
  • Manage the administration of the human resources policies and procedures
  • Encompasses responsibilities specifically of the overall Recruitment & Selection process.



  • Highly organised with a minimum of 1-2 years previous Recruitment experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of people
  • Excellent IT and administration skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with a high level of attention to detail
