Based in Kildare (Hybrid)
- Responsible for day to day operations of the recruitment department.
- Provide administrative support to our Function to ensure an employee oriented, high performance culture
- Manage the administration of the human resources policies and procedures
- Encompasses responsibilities specifically of the overall Recruitment & Selection process.
- Highly organised with a minimum of 1-2 years previous Recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of people
- Excellent IT and administration skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with a high level of attention to detail
