The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Receptionist in Dublin 2.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Main duties:
- Meet, greet, and attend to client’s needs.
- Ownership of administration duties in line with this role.
- Assist with Order Invoice Processing through company databases.
- Assist with travel arrangements.
- Screening and directing calls on the company landline.
- Maintain housekeeping and building standards.
- Ownership and lead the front of house experience including Showroom tours.
- Ensure clients receive prompt and efficient service.
- Support and maintain business relationships with clients.
- To be obliging, flexible, self-motivated, and happy working as part of a dynamic team.
- Maintain adequate stock levels for coffee dock and all meetings (water, tea, coffee, herbal, tea, snacks, stationery & branded goods)
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Cleaning Rota and ensuring standards are kept.
- Other duties as assigned.
