The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Property Manager in Co. Laois.

This is a permanent, full time role.

The role is a mix between office (1 - 2 days per week) and travel to other sites across Laois, Mullingar, Offaly. 

 

Main duties: 

• Manage the process of sourcing, vetting and due diligence of a portfolio of properties acquisitions in a timely manner
• Ensure proactive and regular communication with all parties in relation to the acquiring of properties through to completion including due diligence.
• To negotiate the sale of properties, manage expectations, always ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manage landlord relationships and lease contracts, on both new properties and on lease renewals.
• Ensure properties been sourced are in line with operational location needs
• Attend on-site to visit properties as required for identification, refurbs and snagging etc.
• Actively develop new business opportunities through relationships, networking, and marketing activities to enhance our business and reputation in the community.
• Work with maintenance/marketing on the preparation floor plans, photographs and leaflets
• Maintain up to date & accurate records, ensuring files are continually and appropriately maintained.
• Arrange contracts for new properties / renewals for waste removal, Wifi, electricity, gas and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these services providers where appropriate
• Review and approve invoices for payment in a timely manner

 

 

The Person

• Currently hold an auctioneering PSRA licence / Quantity Surveyor or similar - this is not a requirement but highly preferential
• Have a minimum 3 years' experience in residential sales / refurbs.
• We are looking for a self-starter with drive and ambition, capable of working on their own initiative and to deadline.
• Work as part of a fast past environment
• Have strong communication, customer service and organisational skills.
• Have strong IT skills to include word, excel, outlook
• Full Irish Driving Licence is a necessity
