Salary: €38,000 - €40,000
Hybrid Working Model
My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Specialist to cover a 12 month maternity leave contract.
The candidate will be working as part of a team of 3 and will be processing a fortnightly payroll for 1800 employees using Core HR
An IPASS Qualification would be a distinct advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing high volume payrolls
- Validating and inputting all data received to agreed deadlines
- Checking inputted data and making all relevant corrections
- Ensuring all payrolls are processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Handling routine and non-routine queries regarding payroll issues from Grosvenor staff and management
- Working as part of a busy office environment and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Adherence to Revenue legislation while processing payroll
The Person
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position
- Corehr Payroll highly advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong numerical ability
- Must be a team player
- Experience of working in a busy office environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage successfully with employees at all levels of the organisation
