The Role

Payroll Administrator  
Contract role - up until January 2023 
Salary - €30,000 - €50,000 depending on experience 
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The post holder will be part of the Payroll team in finance,
The post holder will be required to demonstrate excellent organizational and administrative skills. Have strong technical and problem solving skills also.
Deal with queries relating to the department function – telephone and written.
Ensuring the statutory deductions for all employees are deducted and returned to the relevant outside agencies in a timely fashion
Process data entry for all payrolls when required
Maintain a good filing and retrieval system
Will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Reward & Recognition
The annual leave entitlement is 27 working days per year.
Normal working hours are 35 worked over 5 days.
