Payroll / Accounts Assistant

Dublin 12 - Permanent

Salary: €40,000 

Start Date: September 2021


My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll / Accounts Assistant on a full time permanent basis.

The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Experience using Sage Accounts and Sage Micropay would be a distinct advantage


Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Trade Debtors
  • Management of Accounts Payable incl. monthly account reconciliations
  • Management of Payment runs
  • Management of Bank accounts incl. reconciliations
  • Preparation of Weekly and Monthly payrolls
  • Preparation of Monthly pension submissions
  • Assisting Company Accountant with Month End close off process
  • Other Ad Hoc Duties incl. cover of Front Desk

The Person


Key Skills:

  • 3 Year + Experience
  • Excellent Organisational Skills
  • A Flexible Team Player
  • High level of proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel.
  • SAGE Accounts and Micropay experience
  • Good communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent English
