Payroll / Accounts Assistant
Dublin 12 - Permanent
Start Date: July 2021
My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll / Accounts Assistant on a full time permanent basis.
The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience using Sage Accounts and Sage Micropay would be a distinct advantage
- Management of Trade Debtors
- Management of Accounts Payable incl. monthly account reconciliations
- Management of Payment runs
- Management of Bank accounts incl. reconciliations
- Preparation of Weekly and Monthly payrolls
- Preparation of Monthly pension submissions
- Assisting Company Accountant with Month End close off process
- Other Ad Hoc Duties incl. cover of Front Desk
- 3 Year + Experience
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- A Flexible Team Player
- High level of proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel.
- SAGE Accounts and Micropay experience
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent English
