The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a part-time temporary Site Administrator on behalf of our successful client in South Co. Dublin.
This is a part-time position (25/30 hours per week) to last for approx. 4 - 5 months with possibility to go on for longer.
Main duties:
- Provide administrative support to Site Management Team
- Review and verify invoices. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Administration of month end material reconciliations
- Ensuring that all costs are recognised in an accurate, timely and transparent way
- Support commercial team and on-site management
- Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures
The Person
Main requirements:
- Similar previous experience essential
- Immediate start required
- Good organisation skills
- Construction / engineering background preferred
