The Role


  • Organise and schedule meetings, conferences and events proactively and using initiative
  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
  • Ensure the Director is always fully prepared for all appointments
  • Manage relationships in confidence on behalf of the Director
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Liaise with and assist other members of the Senior Management team
  • Compose business trip and meeting agendas
  • Preparation of reports, minutes, presentations and letters to company standard
  • Collect and analyse information to present in report form to the Senior Management Team
  • Working with key stakeholders across the business who are involved in initiatives with the Director
  • Attend meetings, where appropriate, minute taking
  • Manage Various projects
  • Compile Expense reports
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

The Person


  • 2+ years’ previous experience a Personal Assistant
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, a proactive attitude to implementing solutions and problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. PowerPoint, Excel etc
  • Excellent writing skills (draft letters, minutes, reports etc)
  • Responsive and flexible with a “can-do” attitude to requests and tasks
  • Work across functions and provide support to colleagues/ other divisions if needed
