The Role

Part Time Accounts Payable

Naas - Fixed Term Contract

Salary: Negotiable

Start Date: July 2019

Working Hours: 8am - 1pm (Monday to Friday)

 

My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant on a part time basis

This is a fixed term contract and the candidate will be required to work 5 mornings a week from 8am - 1pm

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all invoices and reconcile appropriate accounts
  • Investigate all queries
  • Raise credit / debit notes and deal with all correspondence to suppliers
  • Request payment from suppliers for product returns
  • Raise invoices to suppliers relating to product returns
  • Produce monthly balance sheet

The Person

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience
  • Strong systems and Excel skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadline and as part of a team
