Part Time Accounts Assistant
North Kildare - Permanent
Working Hours: 25 hours per week
Start Date: February 2020
My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant on a part time permanent basis.
The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Candidates should be looking for part time hours only.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Debtor and Creditor account maintenance, reconciliation and payments.
- Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
- Weekly and monthly payroll processing including time sheets, entitlements and payslips. (Familiar with Revenue's PAYE modernisation).
- Assisting with the preparation of month end accounting information.
- Support the team and assistant with Admin. duties when required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, ERP systems or Accounting Software. Brightpay payroll or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work on their own or part of a team.
- Ability to take the initiative.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
