Part Time Accounts Payable

Kildare - Fixed Term Contract - 6 months

 

Salary: €30-35K pro rata depending on experience

 

Flexible working hours, but Monday & Friday is compulsory

Start Date: December / January

 

My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Part Time Accounts Payable Assistant for a fixed term contract of 6 months.

The working hours are flexible but Monday & Friday are compulsory

There is a possibility that this role may go permanent.

 

Experience using Navision would be a distinct advantage.

Strong Excel skills are required for the role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Entry of invoices on Company accounts software (Navision) to a tight deadline to facilitate production of monthly management accounts.
• Reconciling creditors’ statements.
• Generation of monthly payments of approved creditor invoices.
• Monthly reports to be generated

The Person

Key Skills: 

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience using Navision would be a distinct advantage
• Other systems experience would also be an advantage
• Strong Excel skills are required for this role
• Good communication skills
• Team Player
• Strong attention to detail
