The Role

Part Time Accounts Assistant

Carlow - Permanent Part Time (3 days per week or 5 mornings)

Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 Pro Rata

Office Based Role

 

My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant on a Permanent Part Time Basis

The client is open to 3 full days or 5 mornings.

Candidates must have a strong finance background and a good working knowledge of Systems and Excel

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Credit Control
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Reconciling statements
  • VAT Returns
  • Payroll
  • Assisting with month end duties
  • General Accounts Administration Duties.

The Person

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Systems and Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Available to work part time hours
