Part Time Accounts Assistant
Permanent Part Time - Lucan (20 Hours per week)
Client is open to 3 full days or 5 mornings
Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 Pro Rata
Office Based Role
My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant on a permanent part time basis.
The candidate will be working 20 hours a week over five mornings or 3 full days.
Strong Excel skills are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print and process all invoices, ensuring that there are signed delivery dockets
- Filing of supplier invoices and statements
- Ensure all invoices are posted correctly on to the accounts package
- Reconcile suppliers on a monthly basis
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Maintain the bank reconciliation
- Record and allocate all cash receipts and credit card receipts
- Post all sales and verify the income streams
- Month end posting of journals
The Person
Key Skills:
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active – ability to use initiative and ability to prioritise
- Detail Orientated
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Highly computer literate with strong skills in excel
