The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Office / Services Manager in Dublin 12. 

This is a permanent, full time position. 

Some hybrid work options will be available after initial training period is completed. 

 

Main duties: 

 

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of approximately 12 staff members.
• Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure the team meets deadlines effectively.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate and schedule engineers' workloads efficiently.
• Address incoming queries and provide timely solutions.
• Oversee billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage customer accounts and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the finance department to streamline billing procedures.
• Collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, Finance, HR, and Senior Management/Directors.
• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.

• Proven experience in office management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with billing and customer management processes
